How to evaluate the energy-saving effect of the diaphragm compressor?

The energy-saving effect of the diaphragm compressor can be evaluated by the following aspects.

System efficiency evaluation: the efficiency of the system can be calculated by analyzing the input power and output power of the diaphragm compressor. System efficiency represents the ability of the compressor to convert the input electric energy into useful compressed air, which can directly reflect the energy-saving performance of the compressor. The higher the efficiency, the lower the energy consumption of the compressor, and the better the energy-saving effect.

Comparison of energy consumption ratio: the energy consumption ratio of diaphragm compressor and other types of compressor can be evaluated. Diaphragm compressors usually have higher electric energy conversion efficiency than screw type and piston type compressors, so the energy consumption is relatively low.

Comparison before and after the energy saving transformation: if there is already a diaphragm compressor in use, the energy saving transformation can be conducted, and the energy consumption before and after the transformation can be compared. For example, the improvement in the energy saving effect of the compressor can be evaluated based on the difference in the meter readings before and after the renovation.
