Compression capacity and efficiency detection method of diaphragm compressor
Compression capacity and efficiency detection method of diaphragm compressor
The compression capacity and efficiency of the diaphragm compressor are detected as follows:
一、Compression capacity detection method
1.Pressure measurement method: a high-precision pressure sensor is installed at the inlet and exhaust port of the compressor to start the compressor, so that it runs under a stable condition, record the intake pressure and exhaust pressure at different times, by comparing the difference between the intake pressure and exhaust pressure, and the difference of the exhaust pressure. Value, to evaluate the compression capacity of the compressor.
2.Flow measurement method: install a flowmeter on the inlet pipe or exhaust pipe of the compressor to measure the gas flow through the compressor within a certain time. At the same time, combined with the measurement results of the intake pressure and exhaust pressure, the actual compression ratio and exhaust volume of the compressor under different working conditions are calculated, so as to evaluate its compression capacity.
3.Power diagram method: draw the power diagram of the compressor through the pressure sensor and displacement sensor installed on the compressor cylinder. The work diagram can directly reflect the pressure change and piston displacement of the compressor in a working cycle, and then analyze the working process and compression capacity of the compressor.
4.Load test method: by gradually increasing the load of the compressor, observe its operation under different loads, such as the change of exhaust pressure, flow, temperature and other parameters, as well as the vibration and noise of the compressor, and evaluate its compression capacity and stability under different loads.
二、Efficiency detection method
1.Direct measurement method: to measure the input power and output power of the compressor respectively, the input power can be measured by measuring the input current and voltage of the motor, using the formula into the calculation, the output power can be measured by measuring the exhaust pressure, flow and other parameters, according to the thermodynamic principle of gas compression calculation, and then calculate the efficiency difference.
2.Indirect measurement method: by measuring some key parameters of the compressor, such as exhaust temperature, intake temperature, pressure ratio, etc., to indirectly calculate the efficiency of the compressor by using empirical formula or theoretical model.
3.Comparative test method: under the same working condition, compare the diaphragm compressor to be tested with the standard compressor with known efficiency or the efficiency level of the compressor to be evaluated by comparing the performance parameters of the two, such as exhaust pressure, flow rate, power consumption, etc.
4.Energy balance method: conduct the energy balance analysis of the compressor and its auxiliary system, measure the input electric energy, heat energy and the output compression energy and heat energy during the operation, establish the energy balance equation, analyze the energy loss and utilization, so as to evaluate the efficiency of the compressor.
