Reasons for High Exhaust Pressure of Freon Compressor
Reasons for High Exhaust Pressure of Freon Compressor
The reasons for the high exhaust pressure of Freon compressor mainly include the following aspects:
1.Refrigeration system failure: During the operation of the fluorine refrigerator, the exhaust pressure may increase due to the failure of the internal components of the refrigeration system, such as the failure of the condenser, expansion valve, compressor and other components.
2.Condenser blockage: When impurities or precipitates appear inside the condenser, it will affect the heat transfer of refrigerant, resulting in poor cooling effect and eventually leading to the increase of exhaust pressure.
3.Excessive refrigerant: in the installation and debugging process of the fluorine refrigerator, there may be excessive refrigerant, which will lead to too high pressure of the fluorine refrigerator, and then affect the operation effect.
4.Insufficient cooling water flow or high temperature: insufficient cooling water flow or too high temperature will lead to poor heat dissipation effect of the condenser, which will lead to increased condensation pressure and exhaust pressure.
5.There is non-condensing gas in the system: The presence of non-condensing gas in the system will also lead to increased condensation pressure and exhaust pressure.
6.Plug of return pipe filter: the blockage of return pipe filter will lead to poor circulation of refrigerant, and then affect the exhaust pressure.
7.Condenser scaling: scaling on the condenser surface leads to poor heat exchange, which leads to increased condensation pressure and exhaust pressure.
8. Improper refrigerant selection: the selection of unsuitable refrigerant will also lead to high exhaust pressure.
Solution to the problem of high exhaust pressure include:
1.Clean the condenser: use water or condenser cleaner to thoroughly to ensure the normal operation of the condenser.
2.Replace refrigerant: If the exhaust pressure is caused by excessive refrigerant, you can choose to replace a more suitable refrigerant or reduce the use of refrigerant.
3.Check and replace faulty parts: carefully check the refrigeration system and replace faulty parts to ensure that the system operates normally.
4.Increase the suction pressure: Reduce the compression ratio by increasing the suction pressure, thus reducing the exhaust temperature and pressure.
5. Clean the return pipe filter screen: If the return pipe filter screen is blocked, the filter screen needs to be cleaned to restore the circulation of refrigerant.
6.Remove Condenser scale: Clean the condenser scale regularly to ensure its heat exchange efficiency.
