This oxygen compressor is suitable for inlet pressure of2-4barg(30-60psig) and exhaust pressure150-200 barg.
A small PSA air separation oxygen production system with a flow rate of 15-60NM3/hour provides clean oxygen cylinder filling services for communities and small island hospitals. It can work continuously 24 hours, with 10-20 cylinders filled each time.
Characteristics of this compressor
Completely oil-free lubrication design, no pollution to the compressed medium - oxygen, and the oxygen purity at the inlet and outlet of the compressor is consistent.
The entire machine does not use lubricating oil and avoids the possibility of oil coming into contact with high pressure and high-purity oxygen, ensuring the safety of machine use; Stainless steel cylinder adopts vertical four stage compression, with low temperature between com-pression stages, reasonable pressure ratio distribution, and low speed operation, effectively ensuring long-term stable operation of compression, The inlet is equipped with low inlet pressure protection, the exhaust end is equipped with high exhaust pressure protection, and there is also high exhaust temperature protection, If the temperature exceeds the pressure, the system will alarm and shut down to ensure safe operation.
The maintenance time of the first and second piston ring guide rings is 3000-4000 hours, the maintenance time of the third piston ring and guide ring is 2000-3000 hours, and the maintenance time of the fourth piston ring guide ring is 1500-2000 hours.
