Working Principle
PSA oxygen generator uses clean compressed air as raw material and zeolite molecular sieve (ZMS) as adsorbent, to produce oxygen gas with Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology in normal temperature. ZMS is round granular adsorbent full of micro pores inside and outside, which has characteristic of selective adsorption. N2 has higher diffusion rate while O2 has lower, therefore N2 is adsorbed into ZMS while O2 is out of it. With controlling on/off state of the pneumatic valves by PLC, adsorbing under pressure and regenerating without pressure, to separate nitrogen and oxygen gas, and create continuous flow of oxygen with require purity.
Oxygen Generator for Water Treatment
When oxygen-enriched aeration is used for activated sludge process, the growth rate of dissolved oxygen will be 8-10 times than that of using air aeration. Oxygen-enriched aeration can significantly increase oxygen transfer rate, increase sludge concentration and improve sludge settleability. It is especially applicable for denitrification upgrading in the existing activated sludge treatment factories. Water with low oxygen concentration contains hydrogen sulfide and other foul-smelling substances which are harmful to human. Micro-bubble oxygen-enriched aeration can change sulfide to innocuous thiosulfate or sulfate, to realize surface water re-oxygenation in canals, rivers, lakes and artificial reservoirs.
